WHAT DOES Adwords Buddy DO WITH YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
Why?
Marketing companies choose how they share your personal information. Federal law gives consumers the right to limit some but not all sharing. Federal law requires us to tell you how we collect, share, and protect your personal information. Please also read this notice carefully to understand what we do.

All marketing companies need to share Customers' personal information to run their everyday business. In the section below, we list the reasons marketing companies can share their Customers' personal information; the reasons Adwords Buddy chooses to share; and whether you can limit this sharing.

What we do
How does Adwords Buddy protect my personal information?
To protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use, we use security measures that comply with federal law. These measures include computer safeguards and secured files and buildings.
How does Adwords Buddy collect my personal information?
We collect your personal information, for example, when you:
- Apply for a loan
- Give us your income information
- Give us your employment history
- Provide your mortgage information
We also collect your personal information from others, such as credit bureaus, affiliates, or other companies.
Why can't I limit all sharing?
Federal law gives you the right to limit only:
- sharing for affiliates' everyday business purposes - information about your creditworthiness
- affiliates from using your information to market to you
- sharing for nonaffiliates to market to you
State laws and individual companies may give you additional rights to limit sharing. See Other Important Information section for your rights under state law.
What happens when I limit sharing for an account I hold jointly with someone else?
Your choices will apply to everyone on your account - unless you tell us otherwise.
Definitions
Affiliates
Companies related by common ownership or control. They can be marketing and nonmarketing companies.
We share information with Premier Lender Services (PLS), an affiliate that provides document signing services.
Nonaffiliates
Companies not related by common ownership or control. They can be marketing and nonmarketing companies.
We may share information with both marketing services companies and nonmarketing services companies.
Joint Marketing
A formal agreement between nonaffiliated marketing companies that together market marketing products or services to you.
Our joint marketing partners may also include marketing services companies.
Other important information
California: In accordance with California law, we will not share information we collect about you with companies outside of Adwords Buddy, unless the law allows. For example, we may share information with your consent, to service your accounts. We will limit sharing among our companies to the extent required by California law.
Connecticut Privacy Protection Notice: As part of the normal mortgage origination process, Adwords Buddy may request and receive social security numbers from loan applicants. We recognize that you have a right to expect your personal information will remain private and secure and appreciate the fact that social security numbers deserve special protection.
As a result, we have implemented policies and procedures which are designed to: (1) protect the confidentiality of social security numbers; (2) prohibit unlawful disclosure of social security numbers; and (3) limit access to social security numbers to employees and third party providers that are necessary to process your loan application.
Note that these protective measures are implemented in all states in which Adwords Buddy is licensed to originate mortgage loans and conduct such related business.
