Underwriters
This position is responsible for the daily underwriting of new loan submissions.
The daily functions include, but are not limited to, sign off of conditions,
approval of new loans, and recommend underwriting exceptions. Review loan to
value ratio credit reports application to ensure loans meet investor and company standards.
3+ years conventional, wholesale or reverse underwriting experience
DE Certification preferred but not required
Must have AUS/DU/LP experience
Must be able to disposition 4+ files per day
Appraisal experience required
Loan Funder
This position is responsible for funding loans and ensuring that all loans meet
department standards and procedures for funded loans in accordance with program
guidelines, State and Federal rules and regulations.
Minimum of 1 year funding experience within the last year
Experience in both Wet and Dry states is highly preferred
Organizational skills and attention to detail are a must as well as the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
MUST be available to work overtime as needed
Loan Consultant (Irvine & San Diego)
This position is responsible for answering telephone call inquiries and
identifying applicable loan product types based on borrower?s needs. The
daily functions include but are not limited to, selling Greenlight?s loan
programs, quoting loan rates, and pre-qualifying potential borrowers for loan
requests.
1+ years recent conventional, FHA or VA origination experience
Must have NMLS and CA-DOC licensing. Multiple states preferred
Must be familiar with running DU/LP

Reverse Loan Consultant
This position is responsible for the presentation and origination of reverse
mortgage loans products to senior homeowners.
1+ years recent Reverse Mortgage experience
Must have NMLS and CA-DOC active licenses. Additional states preferred
Must be familiar with running DU/LP
Must be able to carry a heavy pipeline
Reverse Underwriter
This position is responsible for the daily underwriting of new reverse mortgage
loan submissions, particularly FHA Home Equity Conversion Mortgages (HECM).
They will be expected to have a throughout knowledge of FHA loan guidelines and
of internal underwriting procedures.
3+ years recent underwriting experience
MUST be DE certified with CHUMS#
Must be familiar with running AUS/DU/LP
Proficient knowledge of FHA HECM Guidelines, policies and procedures

Wholesale Account Executive
This position is responsible for developing existing, and cultivating new origination
sources for one or more mortgage products. Builds and maintain relationships with
mortgage brokers, and bankers in their assigned territory; providing a continuous flow
of mortgage applications and full packages in order to produce funded loans and increase
revenue.
2+ years current wholesale sales experience
Established broker relationships preferred
Must have working knowledge of the loan programs, standard underwriting guidelines,
processing and QC requirements
Wholesale Underwriter

Business Intelligence Developer-Analyst
The Business Intelligence Developer-Analyst will work closely with management and end-users to
create and evaluate business requirements to support delivery of effective business
intelligence and reporting solutions.
Duties will include:
Create technical designs and functional specifications for reporting solutions
Use Microsoft BI Suite/SSRS; design, develop web-based reports and/or dashboards
Design, develop and deploy front-end systems to support reporting, data warehouse and integration with enterprise applications.
Implement user access controls and data security measure where appropriate
Create and maintain documentation of processes, reports, applications, and procedures as per department policy
Assist in the design, planning, implementation, administration and maintenance of the business intelligence platform
Mentor and support the training of peers and business users in the proper use of the business intelligence solution and end-user software tools
Perform other relevant duties as assigned
Education/Skills Required:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience in business intelligence, data integration and information management
5+ years experience with database management systems – MS SQL required

IT Senior Project Manager
The IT Senior Project Manager will create the work breakdown structure, project plan including schedule and resource planning,
critical path analysis, business and technical analysis, coordination of work efforts between work packages and organizations,
strategic recommendations, scheduling, task assignment, technical and project documentation, meeting summaries, status
reports, risk and issue management, change management, etc. He/she will also lead cross-functional development teams of
more complex initiatives (coordinating external and internal resources), provide day-to-day project leadership and decision
making on critical project issues as they pertain to project scope, value, schedule, budget, methodology and resources
at project, functional and task levels.
Duties will include:
Manage 3rd party vendors (internal and external) as an integral part of the project team’s activities
Produce internal and client reporting – dashboards
Manage all aspects of implementations from a project management perspective
Assist in developing initial project plan and implementation timeline, maintain plan and coordinate plan with client
Engage internal resources based on project plan and timeline, manage client expectations throughout project, drive project execution and identify issues and risks
Support multiple implementations and be accountable for on-time delivery
Create/maintain implementation Workgroup packages used to support project and client status meetings – containing:
agenda, client deliverables, RT deliverables, specification tracking, issues/risk tracking, task list
Hold internal and client project teams accountable for task execution and project timeline

Network Administrator
The Network Administrator is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Active Directory Windows 2000/2003/2008
server environments – this will include analyzing the needs of each client to determine the most efficient and stable
onfiguration, creating the implementation plan, and implementing the design.
Duties will include: (MUST be able to work 2nd shift)
Monitoring and enhancing the performance and reliability of Windows based systems, both server & PC
Maintaining, monitoring and enhancing the performance of the VMware 4.0/5.0 environment
Maintaining the internal systems so as to maximize uptime
Reviewing reports of computer and peripheral equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance to determine costs and impact and proactively addressing problems
Working in a team of Windows administrators and a network administrator to design, implement and maintain an efficient set of networks
Supporting the help desk staff as needed and providing informational updates to the information technology help desk system on a limited basis
Troubleshooting complex problems across LANs, WANs, server, and desktop connectivity, operating systems, and applications anomalies

Mortgage Loan Servicing Accountant
The Mortgage Loan Servicing Accountant will manage the mortgage servicing system to ensure loans are boarded on a daily basis,
handle the daily reconciliation of servicing trial balance to accounting loan held for sale, review loans sold to identify loans
with purchase discrepancies such as principal balances, interest, and/or escrows on a daily basis, handle escrow remittance
to sub-servicers, trust account transfers and sweeps on a daily & weekly basis, review all check requests submitted to accounting
for accuracy and if reimbursement is needed, act as the subject matter expert for mortgage servicing accounting related inquiries,
handle the daily remote deposit processing to clearing account, post loan payments to accounting general ledger, handle escrow (impounds)
reconciliation with servicers, recommend and make changes to policies and procedures, develop and frequently update procedures for new
and existing processes and products, develop and maintain a working relationship with contact at the servicers, and other duties
as assigned by management.
2-4 years of Mortgage industry experience; Servicing and Account Reconciliations preferred
Must have accounting aptitude including reconciliation experience
Data entry & retrieval experience as well as report generation
Must have advanced Microsoft Excel skills including vlookups and pivot tables
Must have excellent attention to detail and organization skills
Excellent rapport building skills to communication with Investors and Servicers
Great communication skills in order to communicate data in a concise manner

Compliance Analyst
This position is responsible for maintaining a current knowledge of all state, local and / or federal laws and regulations
and as requested is a subject matter expert resource for the other departments. The Compliance Analyst will participate
in the development and revising of compliance policies and procedures to ensure regulatory compliance is being met.
3+ years recent regulatory compliance experience in residential mortgage.
Must be familiar with using an LOS
Must be able to perform in-depth research of state and federal laws and regulations.
Experience with advertisement and social media compliance is preferred
Aggregator Lead Sales Manager
This position is responsible for creating and launching our Aggregator Lead Sales Team. This role must manage,
motivate, support and develop the Aggregator Lead Sales Team in order to achieve productivity, profitability,
quality, efficiency and customer service goals.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of mortgage banking sales experience
Must have two years of management experience in the mortgage banking industry
Must have aggregator lead sales experience. Aggregator lead experience in call center preferred
Demonstrate ability to train, motivate and develop a sales team
Wholesale Account Manager
This position is responsible for acting as the liaison for the Broker/ Correspondent and the
Account Executives and Internal Operations in order to facilitate the closing of files.
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year current mortgage Account Management experience
Must have compliance disclosure experience
Collect and review docs prior to underwriting and funding submission.
Support Technician
The Support Technician will provide help desk support for all Greenlight employees in a variety of
duties and responsibilities.
Duties will include:
Provide support from telephone and Zendesk (email) requests to ensure operational problems are resolved as quickly as possible
Enter ALL requests for assistance correctly in Zendesk help desk platform and escalate to tier II and III support as necessary
Provide assistance and guidance to users of Windows XP and Windows 7 desktops and Microsoft Office productivity tools
along with LOS and other in-house developed applications and services
Troubleshoot printing and imaging issues
Setup and configuration of Cisco IP phones
Setup and configuration of CPU’s and monitors
Manage user and group objects in Active Directory
Storeroom inventory
Keep end users informed of system updates and outages
Main function of this position is to keep computer hardware and software systems running with minimal downtime
Occasional weekend shifts
Education/Skills Required:
2+ years recent helpdesk experience

Senior Application Developer
The purpose of the Senior Application Developer is to analyze, develop, test and maintain software application systems.
Troubleshoots system problems and issues and looks for ways to improve the application systems. The Senior Application
Developer will perform a variety of complicated tasks which requires a wide degree of creativity and versatility.
Education/Skills Required:
A BS degree in Computer Science or related discipline
Strong OOP knowledge with a firm understanding of design patterns
Strong experience with C# and the Microsoft .NET platform, all versions
Good SQL experience (can write effective SP’s, functions and normalized views and tables)
Good ASP.Net experience (has worked with webforms, understands the page lifecycle)
Working knowledge with SQL Server 2008 or 2008 R2
Working knowledge of source control versioning tools
Experience with technologies such as MVC, WCF, LINQ or Entity Framework are a plus, but are not required
Lock Desk Coordinator
The Lock Desk Coordinator will be responsible for monitoring the pricing and rate requests and entering exceptions
into the LOS as well as locking any rates for all qualified borrowers within the Wholesale Division.
1-2+ years Mortgage Banking Experience
Prior Lock desk experience preferred, not required
Must have familiarity with Loan Origination Systems
Expert level Microsoft Office Suite preferred
Loan Servicing Representative
The Loan Servicing Representative will have a variety of job duties including boarding files & uploading to the proper website,
checking Provident uploads, answering payment questions, posting PMI payments for FHA loans, taking customer service calls,
and some cashiering.
1+ years of Mortgage industry experience
1+ years of Customer Service experience, preferably in an environment taking incoming calls
Experience working in a servicing department is a HUGE plus
Knowledge of Mortgage insurance
Must have intermediate skills using Microsoft Excel
Experience using an LOS (Encompass/Open Close) is a plus
Secondary Marketing Manager – Pricing
This associate will work within the Capital Markets department of a large mortgage originator with the primary
responsibility for the daily pricing and lock desk activities.
Duties will include:
Calculate and publish daily rates for the Company
Review, confirm and manage lock desk activity including new locks, extensions, relocks, pricing exceptions and requests for changes
Analysis on locked pipeline for senior management
Assist in the development of a new pricing engine
Education/Skills Required:
Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
7 to 10 years experience in the mortgage capital markets
Knowledge of mortgage pricing, products and guidelines
Knowledge of the secondary market for mortgage backed securities and TBA trading
